This week we made clay volcanoes! We used clay and created a volcano and a background scene in Mexico!! Some people made snow caps on their volcanoes, trees and villages and some people even made underwater volcanoes!
To make the volcanoes erupt, we put baking soda in the bottom of the volcanoes and then slowly poured vinegar into the volcano! Then it rose to the top and then it slithered down the sides of the volcano! Some of the vinegar and baking soda went hard and looks like it froze!!
We have been busy getting ready for conferences!! We finished our writing about our injuries - we wrote about injuries because Ms. Moffatt wrote about when she sprained her foot.
Short entry today - lots to do.
